For 2018 the Convivium committee has decided to give the public a chance to experience what only a select few were fortunate to experience at the 2016 event. The 2018 Convivium will be a one day only event filled with talks, workshops, forage walks and interactive tastings showcasing producers and food by some of the country’s best chefs.

We will also have ten free tickets available for young food enthusiast who are looking to learn more about the industry. So if you are considering a career in food, you are a hungry and ambitious chef, or if you are looking for inspiration – then this is your chance. The application is a simple process – drop us a mail at saying why you feel you should be part of the movement.
