Ryan Cole is the head chef of The Test Kitchen. Coming from a family of fishermen his connection to the sea, fish, and life is innate, watching his dad and brothers clean, catch and respect all forms of sea life is where his fire was born.
His journey into “professional kitchens” started a little over 12 years ago, where he used to work through his school holidays at a little hotel bakery. The life of bread from dough to loaf blew his mind, and with that he became obsessed. The rest is just recent history.
