Previously voted one of Mail&Guardian’s top 200 Young South Africans, he has been featured in – or contributed for – Sunday Times, TASTE, Men’s Health, GQ, House&Leisure, Saveur, Food&Home, Cape Times etc. He loves food. So much so that he has also written a couple of books on the matter.
